Badge Information

Each representative from your organization needs to have a badge to enter the Expo hall and any official event associated with the 2025 NFDA International Convention & Expo.

Four badges per 100 square feet of booth space are included with your exhibit and additional badges may be purchased at the registration desk. Please return your Booth Representatives Badge Form to NFDA as soon as possible. 

To avoid lines at the registration desk, please use the following link to submit your booth representatives.

Forms must be received by September 26, 2025.

Badge Pick-up

We know how busy you are preparing for the Expo so we're giving you one less thing to worry about! Badges can be picked up at the self-check-in kiosk upon your arrival in the registration area.
