I just purchased a booth – what happens next?
We're thrilled you'll be joining us! You'll receive an email near the end of September with a video tutorial and step-by-step instructions on how to upload materials to your virtual booth.
What is included in the price of my virtual booth?
The cost for a virtual booth is $995 and includes:
- Company Logo
- Company Description (300 words or less)
- Zoom Meeting Room
- Online Chat
- Up to Six PDF Downloads
- 1 Video Upload
- An email address attendees can contact for more information
- Photos and names of booth representatives
- Pre-registration and post-registration attendee lists
You will receive an email near the end of September with a video tutorial and step-by-step instructions on how to upload materials to your virtual booth.
How many representatives may I have in my booth?
Your virtual booth includes six representatives who will have full access to the virtual convention. Each additional representative is $50; this fee will give them full access to the virtual convention. Any additional representatives should be registered with NFDA, after you have completed uploading your virtual booth materials.
How can I stay on top of things?
We're here to help! The primary contact for your organization will receive regular email communications on how to set-up a virtual booth, materials needed, and more so you'll be ready to greet attendees when the Expo Hall opens. Naturally, if you have other questions, you may contact us and we'll make sure you have the answers you need.
Are booth incentives, such as raffles, giveaways and drawings, available?
Yes. Giveaways and drawings are great ways to encourage engagement with your virtual booth and there are several ways to do so. You may include instructions for participation as part of your video upload (e.g., Visit example.com/giveaway to enter our drawing!); request they send an email to enter as part of the email functionality in the booth (e.g., Email me for more information and to be entered in a drawing); or include a url for your giveaway in the company profile for your booth.
Is there a cancellation fee?
We hope you won't have a need to cancel, but if you do, please note we are unable to issue any refunds after October 7, 2020.
How are exhibitors listed in the Expo Hall?
Exhibitors will appear in alphabetical order in a listing on the landing page. A filter option in the top right corner (look for the funnel-shaped icon) provides attendees with the opportunity to view exhibitors by category.
Is there a limit to the number of PDFs available for download to attendees?
Free downloads are a wonderful way to ensure attendees remember you long after the convention is over. You may upload up to six documents in the Resources area of your booth.
