Please join us for the NFDA Virtual 2020 International Convention & Expo October 20-22! This is your annual opportunity to engage with the leaders in funeral service - and this year's virtual format gives you many opportunities to do so!
This year attendees will have access to your booth 24 hours a day, giving them the flexibility to browse, day or night, and then engage with you in person during scheduled times each day. Whether you interact via chat, email or in a Zoom room, you'll generate valuable, meaningful leads to help grow your business.
Your virtual booth was designed with you and your business in mind. Whether you capture their attention with an intriguing video; offer free downloads of white papers or other resources; or tempt them with a fabulous giveaway, attendees will be engaged from the moment they enter your booth! And because the Expo Hall will be open until October 31 for all registered attendees, you'll be top of mind long after the convention is over!

Booth Cost & Inclusions:
The cost for a virtual booth is $995 and includes:
- Company Logo
- Company Description (300 words or less)
- Zoom Meeting Room
- Online Chat
- Up to Six PDF Downloads
- 1 Video Upload
- An email address attendees can contact for more information
- Photos and names of booth representatives
- Pre-registration and post-registration attendee lists
Your booth will be open to attendees 24/7 during the convention.
Attendees will have the opportunity to contact you live via chat or a Zoom meeting during the following times:
Your booth will remain on display through October 31, 2020, when the virtual platform closes.
Creating Your Virtual Exhibit Booth
You will receive an email from NFDA by the end of September with a video tutorial and step-by-step instructions on how to upload your materials to the virtual platform. We will also have a help desk to assist you should you have any problems.
In the meantime, you’ll need to gather a company logo, a short video, a company description (maximum 300 words), an email address for more information, pdf leave behind(s), and photos and titles of your team.
Video specifications are as follows:
- Accepted file formats - MP4, MOV, WMV, AVI, and FLV
- Accepted video file size limit includes - 640x480, 640×360 standard definition with 2mbs-5mbs bitrate, 1280×720 with 5mbs-10mbs bitrate, 1920×1080 HD with 10mbs-20mbs bitrate
- Maximum video file size: 1.8Gb
Your virtual booth will automatically include Chat and Zoom functionality. All of this is included in the $995 booth fee.
Your virtual booth includes six (6) booth representatives. Each additional representative will be $50 and this will give them full access to the virtual convention. We ask that you register any additional representatives with NFDA, AFTER you have completed your Hubb booth upload at the end of September.
Lead generation couldn’t be easier! Exhibitors will receive a report of attendee information, including email addresses, when they click on "Email Me More Information" in the virtual booth. Exhibitors will also receive reports on page views, video views, etc. from within their virtual booth; however, please note that no contact information is collected unless attendees engage in some way. If all they do is click, it’s just like someone walking past your booth in an in-person expo.
Therefore, just as a traditional in-person booth must be engaging and inviting in order to generate quality leads, so must a virtual booth. Get creative! The more interactive and interesting your booth is, the more leads you’ll have at the end of the event.
