When is Move-In/Move-Out?

Move-In:

  • Friday, October 18          8 a.m. – 5 p.m.(Overtime applies after 4 p.m. for union workers)
  • Saturday, October 19      8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • Sunday, October 20        8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Move-Out:

  • Wednesday, October 23   12 p.m. – 8 p.m. (Overtime applies after 4 p.m. for union workers)
  • Thursday, October 24        8 a.m. – 12 p.m.* (Carriers MUST be checked in by 8:00 a.m.)

*All exhibitor materials must be removed by 12 p.m. on Thursday, October 24.

No exhibits shall be dismantled or any packing done before the final closing hour of the exhibition.

When is the Expo open?

The expo floor is open during the following days/times:

  • Monday, October 21: 12 p.m. - 5 p.m.
  • Tuesday, October 22: 12 p.m. - 5 p.m.
  • Wednesday, October 23: 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
