This list will help you stay on target with advertising and sponsorship opportunities, booth furnishings and everything else you need to make the most of your convention investment.

Don't wait to cross these key items off your to-do list! A variety of mandatory and value-added opportunities can be taken care of today!

February 1, 2024

  • Booth selection starts February 1st. You will have a scheduled time if you:
    • Have exhibited with us in 2022 and/or 2023
    • Have accumulated a minimum of 5 points and above
    • Please click here for your scheduled time slot.
  • Open booth selection will start for under 5 points February TBD

Thursday, August 28

  • Check your email for the pre-convention attendee list

Friday, September 13

  • Advance shipments to GES Warehouse may begin arriving

Wednesday, September 16

  • Registration bag inserts due to NFDA headquarters

Wednesday, September 23

  • Booth representative badge form due

Thursday, September 26

  • GES discount deadline date for orders received with payment. Link to GES: Expresso by GES

Multiple Days

  • Direct Delivery to show site; Friday Oct. 18th 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Saturday Oct. 19th 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. and Sunday Oct. 20th 8 a.m - 4 p.m

Wednesday, October 23

  • Exhibitor move-out, 12 p.m. - 8 p.m.

Thursday, October 24

  • Exhibitor move-out, 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. 
  • All exhibitor materials must be removed by 12 p.m.-noon.

Monday, November 4

  • Exhibitor Survey and post-convention attendee list emailed
